Next Meeting: Thursday 11th December

The aim of our Group is to enable men from within and outside our church congregation to meet together both spiritually and socially. In addition, we seek to play our part in the broader life of the church and have been working on various ways of doing this.

Our evening gatherings are predominately of a social nature, covering a variety of activities which this year included a quiz night, summer walk, ten-pin bowling and American pool evenings, barbeque and our ever popular 'planning' evening at a local hostelry just prior to Christmas. We also organised another enjoyable dinner with our partners and church friends at Blubeckers but, for me, the two highlights of the year were the visit we made to Arborfield Garrison organised by Peter Whiteside and our wine tasting and trivia evening to which all adults within the church were invited.

Our breakfast meetings are more spiritual in nature, centered around a discussion based upon a theme considered in the context of our Christian faith.

New members and new ideas are always very welcome.
